Plans

Glueprint has five plans: Free, Lite, Pro, Team, and Enterprise. Every plan includes the Desktop app and account access. On Free, the mobile app shows host and session status plus actionable decision alerts. You can approve or deny a permission prompt, change permission mode, or answer a question. Below Pro, the web portal manages your account, billing, and hosts. Free does not include assistants, channels, boards and tasks, transcripts, streaming output, general session control, git, files, terminals, or port forwarding. Lite adds full live mobile sessions, transcripts, and follow-ups for one machine; on Lite the web portal shows status only. Live browser control, multiple hosts, and new CLI-daemon hosts start at Pro.

The coding agents use your existing subscriptions or API keys. Glueprint adds no markup and resells no tokens; your provider bills you directly for whatever your agents use.

Free and Lite are single-host, single-seat plans with no add-ons. Both include one account team.

How to think about hosts, seats, and teams

• Host — one machine. A Desktop installation or a server running the CLI daemon consumes one host slot.
• Seat — one human user on your account.
• Account team — a group used to organize access within the account.
• Assistant — a persistent AI teammate with its own persona, memory and routines, running on one of your hosts, that takes part in your channels and direct messages. Assistants require a paid plan; the table above lists per-plan availability.

Choose Lite for one machine and mobile control. Choose Pro for live browser control and multiple hosts. Team adds seats, shared assistants, and organization governance.

What Lite adds

Lite includes the Desktop and mobile apps with encrypted cloud relay for one host. Watch live sessions and transcripts, send follow-ups, and approve requests from the mobile app. Local terminals, developer tools, assistants, and routines remain available in Desktop.

On Lite, the web portal is status-only: it manages your account, billing, and hosts. Pro adds live browser control.

Lite includes one host, one seat, one account team, two boards, and up to 200 tasks per board, with 30-day task work-log retention. It has no managed hosts, or host/seat add-ons.

Lite, Pro, and Team offer a 7-day free trial. A card is required, and the trial converts to paid monthly billing unless canceled. Partner discounts apply to Pro and Team only.

What “cloud relay” gets you

Without the full cloud relay (Free):

• Local work on one machine.
• Local port detection and opening local ports without the relay.
• Host and session status in the mobile app.
• Actionable decision alerts in the mobile app: approve or deny a permission prompt, change permission mode, or answer a question.
• No transcripts, streaming output, general session control, git, files, terminals, or port forwarding.

With cloud relay (Lite and up):

• End-to-end encrypted live sessions, transcripts, streaming output, follow-ups, and general session control in the mobile app.
• Remote port forwarding in native clients.
• Desktop’s local tools remain available.

Pro and higher plans also provide live sessions and remote control in the web portal, multiple hosts in one view, cross-host work, and new CLI-daemon hosts.

Plan limits are soft

If a lower limit applies, existing resources are preserved. Creating more of a limited resource is blocked until usage is below the cap. Remote access follows the current plan.

For example, if an account with 10 Pro hosts returns to the base 3-host Pro tier, the other 7 hosts remain visible. New host creation is blocked until usage fits the purchased allowance or you add capacity.

Pending entries already count against host capacity, and an eligible pending desktop host can still be claimed without adding another slot.

New CLI-daemon hosts require Pro or higher. An existing CLI host can keep running after a downgrade to Lite.

When to add seats vs. hosts

• More hosts — when you need more machines. Host add-ons start at Pro.
• More seats — when more humans need their own login. Seat add-ons start at Team.

A seat does not include a host. A host does not include a seat. Manage supported add-ons in Settings > Billing.

Changing plans

Open Settings > Billing to compare plans and confirm a change. Paid plan changes apply immediately; Stripe calculates applicable prorations. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What’s included for free

Free includes:

• The Desktop app.
• One Desktop host.
• Local sessions, git, terminals, the editor, and project routines.

Free has no assistants. Assistants you created on a paid plan are kept when you downgrade — their files, memory, journals, and chat history stay on your machine and stay readable — but they stop waking and you cannot create new ones. Upgrading resumes exactly the assistants you had enabled. A host still running an older Glueprint build than the plan change, or a host that has not reconnected since the plan change, may keep running its local assistants until it updates or reconnects.

Free has no channels, boards, or tasks. Boards and tasks you created on a paid plan are kept and stay readable, but you cannot change them or create new ones until you upgrade. External task sources such as GitHub Issues, Jira, and Linear remain available in Desktop.

A Desktop that is not connected to a Glueprint account works locally without assistants, channels, boards, or tasks.

Free has no full cloud relay. The mobile app provides host and session status and actionable decision alerts, without transcripts or general session control; the web portal provides account access. New CLI-daemon hosts require Pro or higher.
