Delete your
account.

You can permanently delete your Glueprint account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is deleted or kept.

Applies to: Glueprint desktop, mobile, and web portal apps.

Delete your account from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in Glueprint:

  1. Open the Glueprint mobile app, desktop app, or web portal (portal.glueprint.ai) and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then your Account / Organization.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. If you are the sole owner of an organization, deleting your account also deletes that organization and removes its connected hosts.

Or request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@glueprint.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion.

What is deleted

  • Your user profile and login email.
  • Your organization membership, and — if you are the sole owner — the organization itself, its connected host records, and its team and assistant configuration.
  • Your active subscription (it is canceled as part of deletion).
  • Session routing metadata and any short-lived data held in the cloud relay for your account.

Session content, terminals, and chats are end-to-end encrypted and are never readable by Glueprint; they exist in the relay only as ciphertext and are purged as described below.

What is retained, and for how long

  • Encrypted event data in the cloud relay is retained for approximately one hour to support real-time delivery and short-term recovery, then automatically purged.
  • Session routing metadata (session identifiers and sequence counters) is retained for up to 24 hours.
  • Billing and transaction records may be retained as required by law (for example, for tax and accounting), independent of account deletion.
  • Data in routine backups is purged on a rolling basis.

Data stored locally on your own devices (for example the ~/.glueprint/ directory used by the desktop app and CLI) is under your control and can be deleted at any time by removing it.
