For a support request, include

  1. 01Which agent you were running: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or an ACP agent.
  2. 02Where it ran: desktop app, web portal, mobile app, or CLI daemon, and the operating system.
  3. 03Your Glueprint version, shown in Settings > About.
  4. 04What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Keep secrets out of email. Leave out passwords, API keys, recovery codes, and any code you are not allowed to share.
