30-day hold

Each commission sits in pending for 30 days from invoice settlement, then matures to approved.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds during the hold reverse the commission in full. Refunds after maturation reduce earnings proportionally to the refund. Once a commission is paid out, it stays paid — no clawback against future payouts. Disputes against pending commissions hold them until resolved.

Things to know before you apply.

Who can join?
Any Glueprint user, paid or not. You don't need to be a paying customer to refer one.
Can I refer myself or my own organization?
No. Referrals from the same tenant are blocked server-side.
How is attribution tracked?
Your ?ref=<code> query parameter is captured to localStorage with a 30-day window. The most recent referral link clicked before registration is the one credited. Once a tenant registers with a code, the referral is attached to that tenant for recurring commissions under the current program terms — the 30-day window is for capture at sign-up, not for ongoing commissions.
When do I get paid?
After the 30-day hold matures the commission, Glueprint pushes an automatic Stripe Transfer to your Connect account once your approved balance reaches $25. Stripe handles the rest on its standard schedule.
What about taxes?
Stripe Connect Express collects W-9 (US) or W-8 (international) during onboarding and issues 1099 forms in the US.
